Cha Ching Club — Store Policy & Customer Agreement
Welcome to Cha Ching Club.
This policy exists to protect you, to set clear expectations, and to hold both of us accountable. I built Cha Ching Club because I believe financial freedom is possible for every woman who is willing to do the work — and this policy reflects that belief. Please read it in full before purchasing.
By purchasing any product from Cha Ching Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document.
1. Our Products
Cha Ching Club offers three tiers of education and support:
Tier 1 — Etsy 101 Ebook (Low Ticket)
A comprehensive, step-by-step PDF guide to building a profitable Etsy dropshipping store. Written by Izabel Prinsloo — a top 7% global Etsy seller — from lived, active experience running multiple successful Etsy stores. This is not theory. This is the exact system she uses.
Tier 2 — Cha Ching Club Community (Mid Ticket)
A private membership community with weekly updates from Izabel, peer support, direct Q&A access, and accountability from women who are on the same journey. This is the antidote to doing it alone.
Tier 3 — One-on-One Mentorship (High Ticket)
The complete package: the full ebook, a step-by-step video course, weekly live calls with Izabel, and personalised, hands-on feedback on your specific store, niche, listings, and strategy. This is for women who are serious and ready to move fast.
2. Digital Product Delivery
All Cha Ching Club products are digital. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your purchase receipt
- A download link or access credentials delivered to your registered email address
- Access granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment (typically immediate)
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email. If you experience any issues accessing your product, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Important: Because our products are delivered digitally and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of not receiving or not opening the product.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within Cha Ching Club products — including but not limited to the Etsy 101 Ebook, video course materials, community content, and any supplementary resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Izabel Prinsloo and Cha Ching Club.
By purchasing, you agree that you will NOT:
- Share, copy, distribute, or resell any Cha Ching Club content in any form
- Upload or reproduce any portion of the ebook or course materials online
- Claim authorship of or repackage any Cha Ching Club content as your own
This content was created with years of real-world experience, personal investment, and genuine expertise. Please honour that.
4. Results Disclaimer
Cha Ching Club teaches a proven system. Izabel is in the top 7% of Etsy sellers globally and has built multiple profitable stores from South Africa — a country with significant banking and ecommerce restrictions. This is real, verifiable experience.
However, individual results will vary. Your outcomes depend on a wide range of factors, including:
- The consistency and quality of your implementation
- The niche and products you choose
- The time and effort you invest in your store
- Market conditions and Etsy platform changes
- Your willingness to learn, adapt, and persist
Cha Ching Club does not guarantee specific income outcomes, timelines, or revenue figures. What we guarantee is that the information, strategy, and support provided are grounded in real, active, proven experience — and that we will show up fully for every member who shows up for themselves.
The women who get results from this program are the ones who implement, ask for help when they are stuck, and keep going. That is the only formula.
5. Community Standards (Tier 2 & Tier 3)
The Cha Ching Club community is a space built on ambition, honesty, and mutual respect. All members agree to:
- Treat every member with kindness and encouragement — no comparison culture, no negativity
- Not solicit other members for unrelated products, services, or business opportunities
- Not share confidential community discussions or resources outside of the group
- Engage constructively — ask questions, share wins, and support others on the journey
Cha Ching Club reserves the right to remove any member from the community who violates these standards, without a refund, at Izabel's sole discretion.
6. Mentorship Terms (Tier 3)
One-on-one mentorship sessions are subject to the following terms:
- Sessions must be booked in advance using the scheduling system provided
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule without forfeiture
- No-shows will be counted as a used session
- Mentorship packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with another person
- All personalised feedback, strategies, and recommendations provided during mentorship are for your use only
7. Refund Policy
The Cha Ching Club 200% Results Guarantee

Most digital education products offer a 30-day refund window that anyone can claim for any reason. That is not this. The Cha Ching Club guarantee is not a safety net for people who don't try. It is a bold promise to the women who go all in — because those are the women this was built for.
If you have genuinely implemented every step of the Etsy 101 Ebook and your Etsy store has not generated meaningful results, you may be eligible for a full 200% refund of your original purchase price. This means if you paid R299, you receive R598 back. If you paid R499, you receive R998 back.
To qualify for the 200% Guarantee, ALL four conditions must be met:
Condition 1: Full Implementation
You must have read the entire Etsy 101 Ebook and implemented every section, every strategy, and every step outlined within it. This includes store setup, product research, listing optimisation, supplier management, shipping configuration, SEO strategy, and customer service practices. Partial implementation does not qualify. You must be able to demonstrate this upon request.
Condition 2: Your Store Has Been Active for 6 Months
You must have had an active, live Etsy store — stocked with products, optimised listings, and consistent activity — for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months before submitting a refund request. A store that was opened and abandoned does not qualify. Your store must have been actively managed for the full six months.
Condition 3: You Reached Out for Guidance at Least Once
You must have contacted Izabel or the Cha Ching Club team at least once during your journey to ask for help, guidance, feedback, or support — on any topic related to your store. This condition exists because the women who succeed do not struggle in silence. Reaching out after six months specifically to request a refund does not satisfy this condition.
Condition 4: You Can Provide Evidence of Implementation
You must be able to provide verifiable evidence of your efforts when requested. This may include your Etsy store URL, screenshots of your listings, store analytics, supplier communications, and any other documentation that demonstrates sincere, sustained effort over the six-month period.
How to Submit a Guarantee Claim
If you believe you meet all four conditions above, email us with the subject line: "200% Guarantee Claim — [Your Name]" and include the following:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- Your Etsy store URL
- A written summary of what you implemented and when
- Evidence of your outreach to Cha Ching Club during your journey
- Screenshots or documentation supporting your implementation
All claims will be reviewed within 14 business days. If your claim is approved, your 200% refund will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
What Is Not Covered
The following circumstances are not eligible for any refund, including the 200% Guarantee:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not having read or opened the ebook
- Partial implementation — attempting some sections but not all
- Deciding Etsy is "not for you" without completing the full 6-month implementation period
- Technical issues with Etsy's platform that are outside Cha Ching Club's control
- Requesting a refund within the first 6 months of purchase (the guarantee period has not yet elapsed)
- Violations of Cha Ching Club's community standards or intellectual property terms
Standard no-refund policy: Because all Cha Ching Club products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not offer standard refunds. The 200% Guarantee is the only refund mechanism available, and it is available exclusively to buyers who meet all four conditions outlined above.
8. Privacy & Data
Cha Ching Club collects only the personal information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your products (name, email address, and payment information). We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By purchasing, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase and, where applicable, product updates and community communications from Cha Ching Club. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Cha Ching Club reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our store. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction and any refund eligibility.
